Andrut arrived at the animal shelter freshly groomed and well-groomed at first glance. But a closer look revealed that behind this aesthetically pleasing haircut lay an older dog in need of care. He had poor teeth, was on medication for his thyroid, and had not been neutered. He was already post-surgical. But Andrut did not lose his zest for life. He is an incredibly friendly, open-to-people dog. He misses human closeness and desperately needs it. As soon as he hears footsteps or sees a familiar face, he loudly reminds his existence. Not because he is impolite, but because loneliness hurts him deeply. Andrut loves human contact. He is gentle, sociable, and full of energy. He enjoys walks and is interested in the world. He also gets along well with other dogs. Looking at him, it's hard to believe he has already had his years. In his heart, a young dog still lives, longing to have his human again, his own bed, and a daily routine where he doesn't have to fight for attention behind bars. Could someone be looking for such a friend? Not perfect. Not the youngest. But in return, warm, loyal, and ready to love with his entire doggy heart. Andrut waits.

Andrut do schroniska trafił świeżo ostrzyżony, zadbany na pierwszy rzut oka. Ale wystarczyło przyjrzeć się bliżej, by zobaczyć, że za tą estetyczną fryzurą kryje się starszy psiak, który potrzebuje opieki. Miał zęby w kiepskim stanie, przyjmuje leki na tarczycę, nie jest wykastrowany. Jest już po zabiegu sanacji. Ale Andrut nie traci radości życia. To niezwykle przyjazny, otwarty na ludzi pies. Tęskni za bliskością człowieka i bardzo jej potrzebuje. Gdy tylko usłyszy kroki lub zobaczy znajomą twarz, głośno przypomina o swoim istnieniu. Nie dlatego, że jest niegrzeczny. Po prostu samotność bardzo mu doskwiera. Andrut kocha kontakt z ludźmi. Jest łagodny, towarzyski i pełen energii. Chętnie spaceruje, interesuje go świat. Dobrze dogaduje się także z innymi psami. Patrząc na niego, trudno uwierzyć, że ma już swoje lata. W jego sercu wciąż mieszka młody psiak, który chciałby znów mieć swojego człowieka, własne legowisko i codzienność, w której nie trzeba walczyć o uwagę zza krat. Może ktoś właśnie szuka takiego przyjaciela? Nie idealnego. Nie najmłodszego. Ale za to czułego, wiernego i gotowego pokochać całym swoim psim sercem. Andrut czeka.
