Adopteer Ariel!Ariel is een liefdevolle en affectieve vrouwelijke hond van 5 jaar die te adopteren is, die op zoek is naar haar liefhebbende actieve familie. Ariel is een actieve jonge hond die haar wandelingen in het platteland leuk vindt en houdt van spelen en springen – ze houdt er veel van om bij mensen te zijn, Ariel is erg zachtjes, dus geschikt voor een woning met kinderen die ervaring hebben met honden en een andere hond als de kennismaking goed verloopt. Ze heeft een huis nodig in een rustige omgeving ver van drukke steden of steden met toegang tot een tuin en zou genieten van gezelschap de meeste dagen. Ariel rust goed en reist goed in de auto en houdt van wandelingen – ze loopt snel, dus ze helpt zeker haar Bewaarder om hun stappen te maken! Ze is heel affectief en houdt van knuffelen met mensen die ze kent, maar is nog steeds bang voor nieuwe mensen en situaties, dus zal enkele bezoeken nodig hebben om kennis te maken met haar nieuwe familie. Ariel heeft nog iets werk nodig met haar terugroepen, want wanneer ze losgelaten is, wordt ze zo gefocust op wat ze doet dat ze “doof” wordt voor het roepen, maar wanneer ze uiteindelijk ons hoort, wordt ze super blij en verontschuldigt zich alsof ze zegt: “Oh, riep je me?!” Dus off-lead oefening is en zal een must zijn voor haar, aangezien ze persoonlijk georiënteerd is, maar snel afgeleid wordt. Ze houdt van spelen met andere honden, vaak uitnodigend tot spelen met een buiging en een flirterige sprong. Samenvattend is Ariel een echt fijne, goede alles-in-één hond, die met een beetje training zeker zal bloeien bij een nieuwe liefhebbende familie. Achtergrond Alle onze honden hebben hun hele leven geleefd in familiegroepen in een open ruimte, hondenhok vrij omgeving en het is daarom een schok voor hen om al dat wat ze weten te verlaten. Vanwege deze reden vereisen we dat de nieuwe familie van Ariel ofwel al een residenthond heeft of werkt vanuit huis zodat ze gezelschap heeft door de dag. Neem contact opNuHolistische Ruwevoeding Rescue We zijn een holistische ruwevoeding rescue, dus net als alle andere honden en puppies die voor adoptie beschikbaar zijn, krijgt Ariel een natuurlijke ruwe maaltijd en wordt ze momenteel gevoed met Paleo Ridge voor verbeterde gezondheid en langdurigheid. Als een ruwevoeding rescue vragen we dat dit dieet wordt voortgezet in haar nieuwe thuis omdat ze het zo fijn vindt! We bieden volledige raad en ondersteuning aan als standaard voor iedereen die nieuw is met ruwevoeding voor honden of holistische principes. Een huisbezoek door uw gekozen hond geldt om te zien of ze haar nieuwe huis leuk vindt! Onze hondadoptieproces omvat verschillende bezoeken om uw hond te leren kennen en om uw hond u te leren kennen, zodat het heroverbrengen niet onaangenaam is van al dat wat ze kent, maar gewoon een natuurlijke overgang naar haar nieuwe familie. We vinden dat dit helpt onze opgevangen honden om zich gemakkelijker in hun nieuwe huis te settelen met minder stress en angst en leidt tot veel succesvolle adopties. Vanwege deze reden heroverbrengen we momenteel alleen binnen reikwijdte van ons hoofdkwartier in West-Wales. Adopt Ariel!Ariel is a sweet and affectionate female 5 year old dog for adoption, who is looking for her loving active family. Ariel is an active youngster who loves her walks in the countryside and loves to play and bounce around – she adores being around people, Ariel is very gentle so can suit living with dog savvy kids and another dog if introductions go well. She needs a home in a peaceful setting away from busy towns or cities with access to a garden and would enjoy company for most of the day. Ariel settles nicely and travels well in the car, and loves to go out for walks – she’s a brisk walker so will definitely help her Guardian get their steps in! She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle with people she knows, yet she is still nervous of new people and situations, so will need a few visits to get to know her new family. Ariel still needs some work with her recall as when off lead she gets so focused on what she is doing, she becomes ‘deaf’ to being called, yet when she does finally hear us, she becomes super excited and apologetic as if saying ‘ohh, were you calling me?!’ so off-lead training is and will be a must for her, as although people oriented, she is easily distracted. She loves to play with other dogs, often inviting play with a bow and cheeky bouncing. In summary, Ariel is a really delightful, good all round dog, who, with just a little bit of training, will absolutely blossom with a new loving family. Background All of our dogs have lived their whole lives in family groups in an open space, kennel free environment and it is therefore a shock for them to leave all that they know. Our Dog Adoption process involves several visits to get to know your dog, and for your dog to get to know you, so that the rehoming is not a shock away from all that she knows and is simply a natural transition to her new family. We find that this helps our rescue dogs to settle into their new home with less stress and anxiety and makes for much more successful adoptions. For this reason, we only rehome within travelling distance of our base in West Wales at the moment.
