Askar is still just a youngster, full of potential and hope. He was brought to APASA in early 2025 and is already showing signs of being a gentle, friendly boy who simply needs the right environment to thrive. Askar gets along well with female dogs and walks confidently on the lead - an impressive start for such a young age. He has tested positive for Leishmaniasis, a manageable condition that is kept under control with affordable daily medication. Despite this, Askar Ragner is healthy, active, and ready to begin a new chapter. With his sweet nature and eager spirit, Askar would do wonderfully in a home that can offer patience, guidance, and most of all — love. Could you be the one to show him what a forever home feels like?
