Since coming here Bessy has really come out of her shell. She is a very playful girl and is happy throwing her toys around and having a game all on her own. She also loves being around people and enjoys a good fuss. This smart cookie will have fun learning new things, figuring out how brain games work and going on relaxing, sniffy walks with her people. Bessy is ready to be adopted and loved by her forever family so if you are looking for a clever, affectionate girl who loves people, sniffy walks and cuddles, she could be the one for you. Bessy is a friendly, affectionate 3 year-old Border Collie looking for a loving home where she can be part of the family. She loves being with people and is keen to make new friends. She can live with primary school-aged children and after a successful introduction, she could live with another playful dog. She may also be able to live with other pets, as long as her adopters manage the interactions carefully. Bessy is a clever and inquisitive girl who loves to explore and discover new things so a garden or consistent walks would be ideal. She will enjoy having plenty to do, especially games that keep her busy and make her think. As we do not have any history of her being left alone we recommend that any time alone is built up gradually while she settles into her new home.
