Meet gorgeous Bruno! He is hoping to find a quiet, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years. Bruno is a very chilled, sweet and friendly boy who absolutely loves being around people. He’ll happily potter around after you while you’re cleaning, keeping you company and make sure you’re doing everything properly! One of Bruno’s little quirks is that he likes to make his own bed, He will rearrange it and even move it around until he’s found just the right spot. Bruno loves a fuss and is always happy to soak up some affection. Despite his age, he still enjoys getting out and about on walks, and walks nicely on his lead. He can bark sometimes when he wants a bit of attention – he just likes to make sure you haven’t forgotten he’s there! He is looking for a quiet retirement home where life can move at a gentler pace and he can spend his days enjoying a comfy sofa, leisurely walks, plenty of fuss and most importantly, the companionship he loves. He would benefit from a private secure garden. When Bruno came into us he was in a bit of a sorry state, he was very thin and had lumps on his back. The lumps were removed when he was neutered and his is now putting on some weight and feeling much better. Bruno has socialised with other dogs whilst in our care, but he isn’t too bothered about them so we feel he would be best suited as the only dog in the home where he can get 100% of the fuss and attention.
