We hebben geen idee wat deze arme kleine meid heeft doorgegaan. Alles wat we weten is dat ze werd gevonden op een boerderij van het hel, vastgemaakt 24/7, in de ergste smerige omstandigheden en waarschijnlijk gebruikt als voortplantingsmachine want ze zorgde voor vier kleine pups – die allemaal zijn aangenomen. Carmen werd gered door onze vrijwilligers, samen met haar pups en nog 20 andere honden, en wordt nu verzorgd in het Lemnos Shelter. Ze is een liefdevolle, sociale meid maar zal een heel mededogende huis nodig hebben om de trauma's van haar eerste jaren te verwerken. Ik droom dat nu mijn pups allen hun huizen hebben gevonden dat ik ook gelukkig ben.

We have no idea what this poor little girl has gone through. All we know is that she was found chained up 24/7, in the most squalid conditions, on a farm from hell and was probably used as a breeding machine as she was nursing 4 tiny puppies – who have all now been adopted. Carmen was rescued by our volunteers, along with her puppies and another 20 dogs, and has been cared for at Lemnos Shelter for the past 3 years. She is a sweet, social girl in need of a sympathetic home to get over the trauma of her first years. Carmen has actually blossomed at the shelter and adores the volunteers. She is best friends with Velvet and has brought her out of her shell. It would be our dream if they could be re-homed together.
