The sweet Chantal was discovered with her three siblings and mother Sierra in the middle of nowhere in Bosnia when she was just a few weeks old. Friends of our organization gradually lured the little family to their fenced backyard plot, ensuring they were fed and safe for the winter. By the time winter arrived, we fortunately had some space in the animal shelter Neverland and were able to bring the five of them inside, where they all thrived. Chantal is playful and lively for her age, gets along well with the other dogs, and enjoys her life – she is just a bit shy around people, but we feel that is mainly due to her more reserved siblings, as she does show interest and is just sometimes unsure if she should trust the situation. Our animal welfare workers do their best to help her, but in a loving forever home, she would likely overcome her insecurities much faster than in the stressful animal shelter. For the lovely Chantal, we are searching for patient, understanding people who can give her the peace and security she needs. Once the sweet mouse warms up, she will undoubtedly be a wonderful companion who will be very happy to share beautiful experiences with her favorite people! Chantal Steckbrief ♀️ weiblich / kastriert 🎂 10/2023 (geschätzt) ⚖️ ca. 45 cm, 13 kg ✔️ geimpft, gechipt, entwurmt 📖 bosnischer Heimtierausweis 🐈 Verträglichkeit mit Katzen kann vor Ort leider nicht getestet werden 📍 Tierheim Neverland (Bosnien) 🏡 Chantal würde sich auch sehr über eine liebevolle Pflegestelle freuen. Die süße Chantal wurde zusammen mit ihren drei Geschwistern und Mama Sierra mitten im bosnischen Nirgendwo entdeckt, als sie gerade mal ein paar Wochen alt war. Freunde unseres Vereins haben die kleine Familie Stück für Stück auf ihr umzäuntes Gartengrundstück gelockt, damit sie vorerst versorgt und in Sicherheit waren. Pünktlich zum Wintereinbruch hatten wir glücklicherweise wieder etwas Platz im Tierheim Neverland und konnten die fünf zu uns ins Warme holen, wo sie sich allesamt toll entwickeln. Chantal ist ihrem Alter entsprechend verspielt, lebhaft und neugierig, versteht sich mit den anderen Hunden super und genießt ihr Leben – nur dem Menschen gegenüber ist sie noch etwas schüchtern. Wobei wir bei ihr das Gefühl haben, dass das hauptsächlich an ihren etwas zurückhaltenderen Geschwistern liegt, denn sie zeigt durchaus Interesse, ist nur manchmal unsicher, ob sie dem Braten nun trauen darf oder nicht. Unsere Tierschützer vor Ort geben ihr Bestes, um daran zu arbeiten, aber in einem liebevollen Für-immer-Zuhause würde sie ihre Unsicherheiten vermutlich deutlich schneller hinter sich lassen können als im stressigen Tierheim. Für die hübsche Chantal suchen wir nach geduldigen, verständnisvollen Menschen, die ihr die Ruhe und Sicherheit geben, die sie braucht. Ist die süße Maus erst mal aufgetaut, wird sie mit Sicherheit eine tolle Begleiterin, die sich über schöne Erlebnisse mit ihren Lieblingsmenschen sehr freuen wird!
