A 7-day reflection period is mandatory between the moment you start your project (first email, phone, or physical contact) and the adoption. Columbia is a friendly little cat; she loves coming to ask for pets but may still be a bit scared of sudden movements. Playful, she will adore sharing ball moments with you!
