Cukier came to us after the death of his caretaker. He is nice and gentle with people, easily allows petting and touching, but for now he doesn't really ask for petting. He is a dog - like a yorkie :) - rather calm, stable and not very vocal. More interested in dogs, and very positively. Currently lives in the kennel with a female dog, but also gets along well with males. We think he could live in a home with another calm pet. Cukier has met cats, but wasn't sure what to think about them. Probably this relationship could also be worked out. Cukier is afraid of riding in a car, but tolerates it when with a person, he doesn't vomit. In new places, in apartments he is calm, confident and interested. Cukier - due to health problems - cannot walk up stairs, so he is looking for a ground floor house, with an elevator or with a caregiver who will be able to carry him (he allows being lifted). Cukier came to us in poor health and must take medication on a permanent basis. His future caregivers must be ready to provide him with good veterinary care. Cukier trafił do nas po śmierci opiekunki. Jest miły i łagodny do ludzi, bez problemu pozwala się głaskać i dotykać, ale sam na razie nie prosi zbytnio o głaskanie. Jest pieskiem – jak na yorka :) – raczej spokojnym, stabilnym i mało szczekliwym. Bardziej niż ludźmi zainteresowany jest psiakami, i to bardzo pozytywnie. W boksie mieszka obecnie z suczką, ale dobrze dogaduje się też z samcami. Sądzimy, że mógłby zamieszkać w domu z innym spokojnym zwierzakiem. Cukier spotkał się z kotami, ale nie wiedział do końca, co o nich myśleć. Prawdopodobnie ta relacja też byłaby do wypracowania. Cukier boi się jeździć samochodem, ale w towarzystwie człowieka znosi to, nie wymiotuje. W nowych miejscach, w mieszkaniach jest spokojny, pewny siebie i zainteresowany. Cukier – ze względu na problemy zdrowotne - nie może chodzić po schodach, więc szuka domu na parterze, z windą albo z opiekunem, który będzie w stanie go nosić (pozwala się podnosić). Cukier trafił do nas w złym stanie zdrowia i musi przyjmować na stałe leki. Jego przyszli opiekunowie muszą być gotowi na zapewnienie mu dobrej opieki weterynaryjnej.
