Hello… my name is Daisy 🐾 I’m a gorgeous girl who is looking for a special kind of home. For the past year, I’ve been living in a garden, mostly keeping to myself. I haven’t had much interaction with people, so I can be quite shy and prefer watching the world from a safe distance. I’m an independent cat who really values my space. I’m not the sort of girl who will jump straight onto your lap for cuddles, and a busy indoor home wouldn’t suit me. What I’m really looking for is a safe outdoor home where I can live the way that makes me happiest. With time, patience, and regular meals, I may start to trust my new carers. I might even come a little closer when food is involved, and perhaps one day I might accept a gentle stroke. But it will have to be on my terms, and in my own time. Cats like me are sometimes called feral or semi-feral. That just means we’re more comfortable living outdoors rather than as traditional house pets. We still need kind people to care for us by providing food, fresh water, and a warm shelter to sleep in. Places like farms, stables, smallholdings, or large gardens can make wonderful homes for cats like me.
