Eddie is verslond op tennisballen en zou niets liever willen dan een voorraad van ze hebben die van hem is! Hij is een slimme jongen die graag nieuwe dingen leert en zou baat hebben bij voortdurende positieve opleiding om nog beter te schitteren. Eddie reist goed in de auto, houdt van buiten, en kan niet wachten om een familie te ontmoeten die hem de wereld laat zien. Met een familie die bereid is training te geven, is Eddie klaar om het beste hondje ter wereld te zijn, met plezier, lach en veel staartwapper! Eddie (ook wel Baby Hippo genaamd) is een speelse tweejarige Mastiff-kruising met het reinste hart en de meest wapperende staart ter wereld! Deze zachtaardige reus zou het gelukkigst zijn als enige huisdier, maar hij heeft hondentochtfriends op het centrum en het team staat achter het helpen van nieuwe eigenaren hiermee. Hij kan leven met kinderen van middelbare schoolleeftijd die zeker zijn van grote honden en is gelukkig alleen te laten tot vier uur nadat hij zich heeft aangepast. Eddie houdt van tijd doorbrengen met zijn favoriete mensen, hij toont zijn speelse persoonlijkheid en maakt elke dag feller met zijn liefdevolle, charismatische natuur.

Introducing Eddie, he's our larger than life 3 Year old Mastiff crossbreed that is sure to bring all the fun to his forever home. This fella is full of character, being super friendly towards all the people he meets, bouncing around our compounds with his toys and getting stuck into new experiences with enthusiasm. Eddie can be a strong boy on the lead so would suit an adopter that is comfortable with this! He is keen to jump into the car for an adventure so wouldn't mind a family that enjoy being out and about exploring. Eddie is a clever boy too, being more than happy to show off his tricks with promise of a treat of course. We are sure that Eddie will make a wonderful addition to a home searching for a big, goofy dude to brighten each day. Eddie is looking for a home where any children are of upper secondary school ages, being comfortable and confident around large, boisterous dogs. Eddie would be best suited to a home where he is the only dog, he is friendly towards them out and about but can be over enthusiastic and lacking in social manners. He would love a family that are keen to continue to work on his training around this. Eddie requires to be the only pet in the home as he has been known to have a chase drive towards smaller animals. He is looking for a family that don't mind keeping him on his lead when out and about, making use of secure fields for some off lead time. Eddie's ideal home will be one where he has access to a private, secure garden, though homes without a garden may be considered in quieter areas. He would not be suitable for a communal space. Eddie would like for his forever family to have the ability to build on his time left alone slowly as he settles in.
