Figaro came from Mayotte; he was found near a trash can along with his brother Teddy. He’s a sweet kitten who loves to play. He’s cuddly and will need companionship and attention—he’ll also need access to the outdoors. Cats are fine, dogs not tested; children who are respectful are okay.
