Gabryś is a small, about 6-7 kg, adult dog taken from a municipal kennel where he spent all day and night locked in a shed. He was afraid of absolutely everything, and the only safe place for him was the shed. Currently staying at "Dog and Cat on Manowce", he is making small progress, but it's still not enough. Gabryś needs individual care and quiet conditions in order to start "being a dog" at all. When he trusts, he allows himself to be petted and comes to the person for treats. At the moment, however, he is not able to go for walks or enter a house. Most of the time he spends in the shed, which he chose as his safe zone. Unfortunately, its location causes conflicts with other dogs that pass by and are chased away by Gabrysia. This is not aggression, but an attempt to defend the space and sense of security. Gabryś never uses his teeth against people. In stressful situations, he reacts with "freezing". When the leash is put on, he freezes, and when picked up he can urinate out of fear. This is a very frightened dog, not a difficult one.

Gabryś to mały, około 6-7 kg, dorosły psiak zabrany z gminnego kojca, w którym całe dnie i noce spędzał zamknięty w budzie. Bał się absolutnie wszystkiego, a jedynym bezpiecznym miejscem była dla niego właśnie buda.Obecnie przebywa w miejscu „Pies i kot na manowcach”, gdzie robi drobne postępy, jednak to wciąż za mało. Gabryś potrzebuje indywidualnej opieki i spokojnych warunków, aby w ogóle móc zacząć „być psem”.Gdy zaufa, pozwala się pogłaskać i podchodzi do człowieka po smaczki. Na ten moment nie jest jednak w stanie chodzić na spacery ani wejść do domu. Większość czasu spędza w budzie, którą sam wybrał jako swoją bezpieczną strefę. Niestety jej umiejscowienie powoduje konflikty z innymi psami, które przechodząc obok są przez Gabrysia przeganiane. To nie jest agresja, a próba obrony przestrzeni i poczucia bezpieczeństwa.Gabryś nigdy nie używa zębów wobec człowieka. W sytuacjach stresowych reaguje „zamrożeniem”. Przy zakładaniu szelek zastyga, a podnoszony na ręce potrafi ze strachu posikać się. To pies ogromnie zlękniony, a nie trudny.
