Garra is a beautiful mixed breed dog, black in color. He has been at our shelter for too many years already, and each year he weighs more than the last. He is a loving dog, always in search of treats and petting, and most of all, love and tranquility. It breaks our hearts to see him here year after year… He deserves a home just like any other dog.
