Prachtige Georgia zoekt haar eeuwige huis na een tijdje bij ons in het centrum. Ze zoekt een gezin dat langdurige wandelingen leuk vindt, afsluitend met een knuffel op de bank. Ruimte in het huis is essentieel voor Georgia, ze heeft een huis nodig dat niet open plan is zodat ze apart gehouden kan worden van bepaalde gebieden wanneer dat nodig is. Georgia zoekt een thuis alleen voor volwassenen met adoptanten die in staat zijn haar voortdurende opleiding voort te zetten. Ze wil de enige huisdier in het huis zijn zodat ze al haar familie's aandacht kan krijgen, maar ze is een vriendelijke knaap en houdt van nieuwe hondjes, dus zal ze blij zijn om speelse wandelmaatjes te hebben. Georgia is een superslimme mevrouw die een boek met trucs klaar heeft om je te tonen, inclusief "zit", "lig", "poot", "aanraken", "bed". Ze leert ook hoe ze zich kan ontspannen in een kooi en een snuitje draagt terwijl wij er zijn. Ze gaat op een riem naar huis, dus ze heeft een privé, veilig tuin nodig waar ze tijd zonder riem kan doorbrengen om te doorkammen en te spelen zoals ze wil. Zodra ze zich heeft geïntroduceerd in haar nieuwe huis, kan Georgia mogelijk 4 uur aan een stuk worden achtergelaten, dit moet geleidelijk worden ingevoerd zodra ze tijd heeft gehad om zich te wennen aan haar nieuwe familie en omgeving. Georgia heeft dagelijks medicatie nodig en zal meerdere keren haar adoptanten moeten ontmoeten voordat ze naar huis gaat met de mogelijkheid van thuiskomstbezoeken van ons gedragsteam om ervoor te zorgen dat ze goed aansluit. Let op: als u geselecteerd wordt, duurt ons herplaatsingsproces meestal maximaal 7 dagen, en zullen potentiële adoptanten binnen 48 uur na selectie naar het centrum moeten komen. Spelende en grappige meisje Georgia is een 3-jarige Collie-kruising die niets liever doet dan een fikse zoom rondjes met haar speeltjes. Ze houdt van een goed spelletje tuggy met een raggie-speelgoed en jaagt achter haar sterke balletjes aan, ze houdt er van om ze terug te brengen zodat jij ze weer kunt gooien. Ze is een liefdevolle hond en houdt van een goede uitstraling, ze houdt er van om in je armen te knuffelen en dan weg te lopen wanneer ze klaar is. Ze is een slimme koek en heeft een verlangende hersens voor leren, dus als je de traktatie hebt, heeft ze de trucs! Een van haar favoriete dingen is om te zitten en de wereld te bekijken, dus als je een raam voor haar hebt, houdt ze je op de hoogte van alles wat er in jouw buurt gebeurt. Deze prachtige mevrouw zoekt een speciaal thuis om het haar eigen te noemen, zou jouw huis misschien precies wat zijn wat zij zoekt.

Gorgeous Georgia is looking for her fur-ever home having spent some time with us here at the centre. She is looking for a family who love long walks, finishing with a sofa snuggle. Space in the home is essential for Georgia, she needs a home that isn't open plan so she is able to be kept separate from specific areas when needed. Georgia is looking for an adult only home with adopters who are able to continue her ongoing training. She would like to be the only pet in the home so she can have all of her families attention to herself, however she is a friendly bean and loves to meet new doggy friends, so will be more than happy to have friendly and playful walking buddies. Georgia is a super clever lady who has a book of tricks ready to show you, including ‘sit’ ‘down’ ‘paw’ ‘touch’ ‘bed’. She is also learning how to settle in a crate and wear a muzzle while with us. She is going home on a lead disclaimer so will need a private, secure garden where she can have time off lead to potter and play at her leisure. Once settled into her new home, Georgia may be able to be left for up to 4 hours at a time, this should be introduced gradually once she has had time to get used to her new family and surroundings. Georgia is on daily medication and will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home with the potential for home visits with our behaviour team to make sure she is settling in well. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted. Super playful and goofy girl Georgia is a 3 year old Collie cross who loves nothing more than a good zoom around with her toys. She likes a good game of tuggy with a raggy toy and will chase around after her tough balls, she does like to bring them back for you to throw again. She is an affectionate pooch and loves a good fuss, she loves to nuzzle into you and then will wander off when she is done. She is a smart cookie and has a brain thirsty for learning, so if you’ve got the treats, she’s got the tricks! One of her favourite things is to sit and watch the world go by, so if you have a window for her to look out of, she will keep you up to date of all the goings on in your area.
