Ha pasado de mano en mano de cazador por no servir para cazar, hasta que llegó a nosotros. Ahora le toca por fin ser feliz en un hogar, y dejar de ser utilizada como herramienta de trabajo. Es dulce, cariñosa y sociable. Es muy apegada a las personas. Sociable con otros perros y con niños. Con gatos está testada y solo le quiso oler y después le ignoró.
