Heidi is a Dachshund cross who came into our care as a stray and is now ready to start looking for her forever home. Heidi is an incredibly affectionate girl who really thrives on attention and being close to her handlers. She can be a little timid when she first meets people, but she quickly learns to trust and shows just how loving she can be once she feels comfortable. Heidi absolutely loves a good belly rub and is always happy to settle down in a cosy bed. She is looking for a patient and understanding home where she can continue to build her confidence while enjoying plenty of affection and companionship. Heidi could potentially live with a calm, similar-sized dog and could live with teenagers and above.
