Kenio adopteren
Puli · Mannelijk · Volwassen · 6 jaren
Vertaling volgt binnenkort.
Kenyo is a male Puli approximately 6 years old, a Hungarian sheepdog breed recognizable by its distinctive coat. Entrusted to the shelter by his former family, Kenyo appears to have had a very limited environment. He has been little exposed to the outside world and now needs to learn a lot of things that are normally part of a dog's daily life. Kenyo is a very fearful dog, who can react strongly when he feels overwhelmed or constrained. He is particularly capable of pinching very hard, up to biting. He is therefore not a dog suitable for a first adoption nor a classic family dog. Kenyo will need experienced people, able to read his signals, anticipate his reactions and work with him gradually, without a power relationship. His breed also requires specific coat maintenance, which his future adopters will need to know or be willing to learn. His ideal home: Experienced adopters, accustomed to fearful and potentially biting dogs. A calm and predictable environment. No young children. A possible cohabitation with teenagers to be evaluated.
