KIRA is a young, energetic and strong sun. There is a lot of fear and uncertainty in her towards everything new. KIRA is cautious around strangers, she is afraid of them and asks for more space. On walks she gets upset by seeing passing people, but she is getting better at avoiding them. Usually she walks nicely on a long leash, but she can pull hard if something interests her. Despite her small build, there is really a lot of strength in her. KIRA had problems with other dogs since the beginning of her stay at the animal shelter, she got excited by their sight from a great distance and would try to go towards them. For several months she has done a huge amount of work and is getting better at interactions with dogs. She can go around a dog in a circle or give up the interaction. The future caregiver Kiry will have to continue working on her socialization with dogs, so that such meetings do not cause her too much tension. KIRA is a reactive dog, she can get excited by very trivial stimuli, and then she tries to release the excess of emotions with a crazy run. In such situations, she quickly loses control, jumps on the caregiver with all her might, bites hands or legs and it is hard to calm her down. But if she trusts a person and feels safe with them, she is getting better at dealing with this unhealthy excitement. So far, she is not fond of veterinary procedures and grooming - she wriggles, tries to pull back, but with considerable amounts of patience we are able to convince her to cooperate. Due to her overexcitability, KIRA needs quiet and activities away from the city noise. She does not tolerate cats, she is not suitable for a home with small children. The road to Kiry's heart goes through clear communication - responding to the signals she sends and giving her clear answers. KIRA works well with the person she trusts, reacts very well to body language and the smallest gestures. She is not a big cuddler, but she likes gentle scratching under the chin, which calms her.

Kira jest młodą, energiczną i silną sunią. Jest w niej sporo lęku i niepewności wobec wszystkiego, co nowe. Kira jest ostrożna wobec obcych osób, obawia się ich i prosi o więcej dystansu. Na spacerze niepokoi się widokiem przechodzących ludzi, ale coraz lepiej radzi sobie z ich omijaniem. Na ogół ładnie spaceruje na długiej lince, potrafi jednak porządnie pociągnąć, gdy coś ją zainteresuje. Mimo drobnej sylwetki drzemie w niej naprawdę sporo siły. Kira od początku pobytu w schronisku miała problem z innymi psami, pobudzała się na ich widok już z dużej odległości i wyrywała się do nich. Przez kilka miesięcy wykonała ogromną pracę i coraz lepiej radzi sobie w kontaktach z psami. Potrafi ominąć psa po łuku lub zrezygnować z interakcji. Przyszły opiekun Kiry będzie musiał kontynuować pracę nad jej socjalizacją z psami, aby takie spotkanie nie wywoływały w niej za dużego napięcia. Kira jest psem reaktywnym, potrafi pobudzić się na bardzo błahe bodźce, a wtedy nadmiar emocji próbuje rozładować szalonym biegiem. W takich sytuacjach szybko traci nad sobą kontrolę, z całym impetem skacze na opiekuna, podgryza ręce lub nogi i ciężko jej się uspokoić. Ale jeśli już zaufa człowiekowi i poczuje się przy nim bezpiecznie, to coraz lepiej radzi sobie z tym niezdrowym pobudzeniem. Póki co nie przepada za zabiegami weterynaryjnymi i pielęgnacyjnymi – kręci się wtedy, próbuje wycofać, ale przy sporych pokładach cierpliwości udaje się namówić ją do współpracy. Z racji swojej nadpobudliwości Kira potrzebuje wyciszenie i aktywności z dala od miejskiego gwaru. Nie toleruje kotów, nie nadaje się do domu z małymi dziećmi. Droga do serca Kiry prowadzi przez czytelną komunikację – reagowaniu na wysyłane przez nią sygnały i dawaniu jej jasnych odpowiedzi. Kira ładnie współpracuje z człowiekiem, któremu ufa, świetnie reaguje na komunikację ciałem i najdrobniejsze gesty.
