A Leona was born in August 2016 and has never known any reality other than the shelter. Year after year, she watched time pass while waiting for an opportunity that never came. Many years have passed waiting for a family, a home, someone who chooses her for what she is. The Leona is a gentle, sweet dog, just a bit shy at first contact, but the ice is broken when she knows she is going for a walk. She walks well on a leash, enjoys walks calmly and is social with other animals. It's hard to accept that a dog could grow up and age in the shelter without ever having her chance. The Leona doesn't need much. She just needs someone who looks at her, with time and heart, and finally gives her the family she has always waited for. Date of Birth:

A Leona nasceu em agosto de 2016 e nunca conheceu outra realidade que não o abrigo. Ano após ano, viu o tempo passar, enquanto esperava pela oportunidade que nunca chegou. São muitos anos à espera de uma família, de um lar, de alguém que a escolha por aquilo que ela é. A Leona é uma cadela meiga, doce, apenas um pouco receosa no primeiro contacto, mas o gelo é quebrado quando sabe que vai passear. Passeia bem à trela, aprecia os passeios com calma e é sociável com outros animais. É difícil aceitar que uma cadela possa crescer e envelhecer no abrigo sem nunca ter tido a sua oportunidade.
