Lucky can be left for short periods of time, as he enjoys settling down for a nap alongside Ralph. Any time alone would need to be gradually built up once they are settled into their new home. Lucky could potentially live with secondary school-aged children who understand that he is an older gentleman and would benefit from a calm, peaceful environment. Above all, Lucky is looking for a loving home where he can relax, enjoy his retirement and continue to have his best friend Ralph by his side. Lucky is a super sweet 15-year-old Chihuahua who is coping well in kennels, but he is at his happiest and most settled when he is with his best friend, Ralph. These two lovely boys are looking for a home together where they can enjoy their golden years side by side. Outside of his kennel, Lucky is calm, happy and content. He enjoys independently exploring new areas, although as an older chap, he doesn’t need to go far and is perfectly happy having a gentle little potter around. Lucky is comfortable being handled by his carers and loves receiving plenty of fuss and attention. He is also happy to say hello to new people and is friendly with everyone he meets.
