Hij kwam met Mario bij de dierenasiel aan, ze kwamen dorstig en erg mager aan, Luigi leek ook erg apathisch en geblokkeerd. Ze vonden ze verloren op de weg. Hij is een heel actieve hond en in de kooi is hij behoorlijk gestrest, maar hij is erg goed met mensen, hij is een beetje bang van het begin af aan dan Mario.
