Mikel came to us after being found disoriented and in very poor condition right on the road. We don’t know what kind of life he led before that moment, but his body reflects years of neglect and the passage of time without the veterinary care he so desperately needed. Given his age and health condition, staying at the shelter is especially hard for him. We are urgently looking for a foster family with an open-ended arrangement or a responsible adopter who would welcome him into their home and provide him with a few golden years filled with dignity, care, and lots of love.

Mikel llegó a nosotros tras ser encontrado desorientado y en muy mal estado en plena carretera. No sabemos qué tipo de vida tuvo antes de ese momento, pero su cuerpo refleja el abandono y el paso del tiempo sin las atenciones veterinarias que necesitaba. Por su edad y su estado de salud, la estancia en el refugio resulta especialmente dura para él. Buscamos de forma muy urgente una familia de acogida indefinida o una adopción responsable que quiera abrirle las puertas de su casa y brindarle unos años dorados llenos de dignidad, cuidados y mucho amor.
