Say hello to Nora! Nora is a 2 years 10months old, 12.3hh, dun, highland, Mare who is ready to find her home as a non-ridden companion. Nora is looking for her new home to be somewhere she can continue to be handled consistently due to her young age and would benefit from a confident fosterer who has experience with younger horses. Nora enjoys being groomed, she can be wary of her forelock and head. Nora is an all round sweet natured girl with a can do attitude. She is laid back and sensible, considering her age. Stabling/Shelter Companionship Forage & Feed Feet & Teeth Vices Vet & Medication Stabling/Shelter: Nora currently lives out 24/7 with access to a field shelter, she is good to stable and enjoys a haynet and a treatball in her stable. Companionship: Nora is currently living within a small herd of mares and sits towards the bottom of the herd dynamics. Nora would benefit from living with a placid or older horse as she isn’t an overly playful mare. Forage/Feed: Nora is currently on restricted grazing to manage her weight and has a hay/straw mix when grazing becomes too sparse. Farrier: Nora is barefoot and trimmed every 6-8weeks, she can become unbalanced due to her age and prefers softer ground as she can be footy on stony ground. Dentist: Sedated as standard Bransby Horses procedure. Vices: N/A Vet: Nora is good for the vet.
