Nova, a beautiful Shephard/Malinois mix, is living in a foster home in the nature, together with humans and other dogs. She is very well socialised and raised in a home setting with family, so she will quickly be able to start a new life with her new family. Nova loves to be together with other dogs, and she would be happiest, if her new home would have at least one other dog - the home’s existing dog can also be a shy or nervous one, because Nova has a loving, kind and playful character, and works like therapy on other dogs. When meeting new dogs for the first time, she is a bit reserved at first, to allow time to communicate with the new dog, but then she warms up quickly. She is already house-trained, and she is very keen on learning in general. Being curious and food-motivated, makes it very easy to work with her, and Nova is looking for an active home, who likes to engage with their dog, train together, go for hikes etc. At the same time, it is important that Nova’s new humans are able to guide her to come to calmness as well - for the young dog to start understanding, and to have clear guidelines - when is it time to play, to walk, to work, and when it is time to rest and remain calm. Nova eats well, sleeps really good through the night, and likes to wake up early to start the day. She also has good recall, and comes back to you when called. Nova is looking for a home without cats. Her current shoulder height is approximately 50cm.
