Piet (PS) has been with us at the animal shelter since August 2026. In return, I also have a huge amount of love to give back, and that's exactly what could be a bit problematic, according to my current foster parents. Because, as you can easily see, I am a hairless cat and I really get cold very quickly, I am currently allowed to live with one of my animal caregivers. Here I can sleep in bed, cuddle on the sofa under the woolen blanket in the evening and I feel good. But one thing bothers me: I am left alone. For a certain time that's no problem for me, but my love for my people is just so big that I have to start crying at some point. Cry loudly. Cry very loudly. Lisa says that's why I have to move again and that's okay for me. However, the following things are important to us. The following is what we have discussed together: - A household without children. I find them a bit creepy, I am quite sensitive to noise. - No other animals. I don't know them, I don't need them. - Indoor keeping is fine, I am used to it. If the sun is shining (of course only if it's not burning), I would be super happy about a netted balcony or something like that. Since I am really sensitive to cold, you have to make sure that I always have it nice and warm. In summer, that means no scorching sun. Without fur, I get sunburned quickly. - People who are almost always at home with me. I like retirees or people who work from home. It's important to know about my breed that my skin gets a bit oily. But that's not a problem and my ears get dirty quickly. But I love it when they are cleaned. Otherwise, you should know that I (unfortunately due to my breed) have a heart defect that is not yet in need of treatment at the moment, but of course it must be kept in mind. I don't have many teeth anymore. But it doesn't bother me at all, I love to eat! And before you fall in love with me: Please take some time to learn about Sphynx cats and their special needs. Because as enchanting as I am - I am already a bit special. Cold, sun, skin, ears and in general: A few things are just a bit different with me. Otherwise, Lisa says I am the most wonderful cat in the world. I am spotless, I like to play and I love it when you scratch my naked belly. Oh yes, I can't retract my claws very well. So if you have very expensive furniture or woolen clothes and you care about them staying intact, I'm not your cat. After consultation with the animal shelter team, we can make a date. Piet (PS) ist seit August 2026 bei uns im Tierheim. Aus der Wir hatten eine enge Bindung, und auch bei meinen neuen Menschen möchte ich ganz nah dabei sein. Liebe habe ich nämlich eine riiiieeeeesige Portion zu vergeben! Im Moment wohne ich bei einer meiner Tierpflegerinnen. Als Nacktkatze friere ich schnell und kuschle am liebsten im Bett oder unter der Wolldecke. Alleinbleiben finde ich dagegen ziemlich doof. Eine Weile geht das, aber irgendwann muss ich weinen. Laut. Sehr laut. Deshalb suche ich Menschen, die so gut wie immer zu Hause sind. Mein neues Zuhause sollte eher ruhig sein, denn ich bin etwas geräuschempfindlich. Ältere, nicht zu wilde Kinder sind okay. Auch ein Hund könnte ich leiden mögen, solange er mich nicht bedrängt – Hunde finde ich nämlich ziemlich spannend. Andere Katzen kenne ich nicht, das müsste man ausprobieren. Mit meinen letzten Ausbruchversuchen habe ich meiner Pflegefamilie vor ein paar Tagen klargemacht: Ich möchte nach draußen! Inzwischen darf ich das und bleibe hier im Garten und ganz in der Nähe. Auch im neuen Zuhause brauche ich Freigang und muss jederzeit selbstständig wieder ins Haus kommen können, um mich aufzuwärmen. Eine Katzenklappe wäre dafür ideal! Im Sommer muss ich vor praller Sonne geschützt werden, weil ich ohne Fell schnell einen Sonnenbrand bekomme. Ich bin übrigens seeeehr neugierig und verspielt und klettere überall rein und rauf. Kein Kleiderschrank und kein Regal sind vor mir sicher! Wenn ich mit dem Erkunden fertig bin, lasse ich mir aber auch liebend gerne mein nacktes Bäuchlein kraulen. Ein paar Besonderheiten bringe ich mit: Meine Haut fettet etwas und meine Öhrchen werden schnell schmuddelig – das Saubermachen mag ich zum Glück gerne. Mein rassebedingter Herzfehler braucht aktuell noch keine Behandlung, muss aber im Blick behalten werden. Viele Zähne habe ich auch nicht mehr. Meinem Appetit tut das keinen Abbruch! Ansonsten bin ich picobello sauber und laut Lisa der feinste Kater der Welt. Nur meine Krallen kann ich nicht gut einziehen. Eure teuren Möbel und Wollpullis sollten euch deshalb nicht allzu heilig sein. :) Informiert euch bitte vorab in Ruhe über Sphynx-Katzen und ihre besonderen Bedürfnisse.
