The Pongo is one of those dogs that seems to have been born with his heart turned towards the sun. No matter what he has lived through before, there is no shadow that can be noticed in him, there is light, there is movement, there is a near stubborn joy that insists on existing every day. He celebrates everything. People, dogs, birds, even the wind gains importance when it passes by him. It's as if the whole world were an infinite set of small opportunities to be happy, and the Pongo never wastes any. He is greedy, of course, because a good life is also tasted. The Pongo doesn't need to say anything to remind us that joy can be a choice. And he chooses it always.

O Pongo é daqueles cães que parecem ter nascido com o coração virado para o sol. Não importa o que tenha vivido antes, nele não há sombra que se note, há luz, há movimento, há uma alegria quase teimosa que insiste em existir todos os dias. Ele celebra tudo. Pessoas, cães, pássaros, até o vento ganha importância quando passa por ele. É como se o mundo inteiro fosse um conjunto infinito de pequenas oportunidades para ser feliz, e o Pongo nunca desperdiça nenhuma. É guloso, claro, porque a vida boa também se prova. O Pongo não precisa de dizer nada para nos lembrar que a alegria pode ser uma escolha. E ele escolhe-a sempre. E agora só precisa de alguém que o escolha a ele 🧡
