Retinto was hit by a car on the road and left to fend for himself. He had an open wound on his head and what seemed to be a broken leg. Once he recovered, we were able to go and pick him up and bring him to our shelter. He has been in foster care for some time, where he shares space with other dogs and cats. With people, he remains shy and doesn't approach strangers easily. He wants to be with other dogs, whom he constantly imitates and needs to feel good and secure.

Retinto fue atropellado en la carretera y dejado a su suerte. Tenía una herida abierta en la cabeza y una herida en una pata que parecía rota. Cuando se recuperó, pudimos ir a buscarlo y llevarlo al refugio. Lleva tiempo en una casa de acogida, donde comparte espacio con otros perros y gatos. Con las personas sigue siendo tímido, no se acerca fácilmente a desconocidos. El quiere estar con otros perros, a los que imita sin cesar, los necesita para sentirse bien y seguro.
