ROOKY is a handsome Beauce herder who has arrived from a pound. He may appear imposing at first glance. ROOKY is a very dynamic dog who will need a very dynamic person with enough strength to handle him, as he pulls extremely hard on the leash. Work is in progress on his leash training. He can be sociable with other animals of the same species, but he is very insistent and rough with them, and a test will need to be done at the shelter. Placement with cats will be on a case-by-case basis. He will not be placed with children. ROOKY needs an adopter who is fully committed to him and won't be intimidated by his size!

Rooky est un beau berger de Beauce qui nous arrive de fourrière. Il peut paraître impressionnant à la grille. Rooky est un chien très dynamique, il aura besoin de personne très dynamique et qui auront assez de force pour le tenir car il tire énormément en laisse, un travail est en cours sur sa marche en laisse. Il peut être sociable avec ses congénères, mais il est très insistant et bourrin avec eux, un test devra être fait au refuge. Un placement avec des chats sera à voir au cas par cas. Il ne sera pas placé avec des enfants. Rooky a besoin d'adoptant prêts à réellement s'investir pour lui et qui ne se laisseront pas impressionner par son gabarit !
