SANDY is a cute little dog who was found in poor condition. She is very cute, though sometimes a bit shy at first contact. She is social with other dogs of the same species. A grooming budget will need to be planned. As she has a foreign microchip, she must be adopted in the 78 department and cannot leave the department for six months.
