Swift is een verlegen pup die graag achter haar speeltjes aanjaagt en zich graag bezighoudt met ze. We weten niet hoe ze een zwerf hond is geworden, maar ze lijkt niet veel ervaring te hebben met andere honden. Ze lijkt de interactie te verlangen, maar weet niet hoe ze zich moet gedragen. Met een toegewijde familie achter haar die haar helpt haar zelfvertrouwen op te bouwen, heeft Swift het potentieel om vrienden te hebben om mee te wandelen zodra ze thuis is. Ze is best goed geweest met haar handlers, enthousiast om ze te zien, maar even tevreden om gewoon weg te lopen als ze genoeg van ze heeft gehad! Swift kan leven met kinderen van middelbare school leeftijd, maar zal alleen een hond moeten zijn omdat ze ondergesocialiseerd is. We hebben geen geschiedenis met haar en kunnen niet garanderen dat ze zindelijk is, en ze zal iemand nodig hebben die de meeste tijd thuis is terwijl ze zich settelt.

Swift is a beautiful Shepherd cross who loves chasing her toys and playing with her favourite handlers. She is a sensitive girl who has had limited socialisation, so will need patient adopters who are willing to take things at her pace, build her confidence, and teach her the basics. Although Swift has lots of canine friends and enjoys the company of other dogs, she is also quite the independent lady and does like to do her own thing too. She could live with another dog who has a similar play style and is equally happy doing their own thing. Swift can be worried by new people, but once she knows and trusts you, you'll have a friend for life. She forms strong bonds with her favourite people and will happily shower them with love and attention. Swift is looking for a quiet home with few visitors, where she can settle in, learn new skills, and continue to build her confidence at a steady pace. Swift can live with children aged 16 and over and may be able to live with another dog, pending a successful meet at the centre. We have limited history on her, so we cannot guarantee that she is house-trained. Swift will need someone at home with her most of the time while she settles into her new environment. Swift will need her new family to be committed to meeting her here at the centre a few times to build bonds before taking her home.
