The TEDDY is a male dog of small size, born approximately in 2013. It was found abandoned on the street. It had a microchip number, but the phone number is no longer available and no one lives at the registered address anymore. The neighbors say that the owners left and left the dog behind. The neighbors witness that the dog was mistreated by the owner who hit it with a broom. This explains the fact that the TEDDY is shy, nervous and does not trust people immediately. O Teddy é um cão macho de porte pequeno, nascido +/- em 2013. Foi encontrado abandonado na rua.
