Tournesol arrived with us following a transfer from another SPA. He was found in a thicket near our area, attached with a chain leash to some shrubs. He is friendly with the entire team but shows extreme fear of external noises. He cannot live in the city or in a highly stimulating environment. He is not comfortable with other animals. Tournesol also has many fears indoors, he is affectionate but does not like invasive handling. He can be possessive and wary with certain resources (toys, bowl, sleeping area). For these reasons, he cannot live with children. Tournesol is a dog with a difficult past, he needs to regain confidence in himself, with the help of patient and gentle people, he can become a happy and very close companion to his owners. He underwent a behavioral assessment following a bite incident and is classified 2 out of 4.

Tournesol est arrivé chez nous suite à un transfert avec une autre SPA. Il a été trouvé dans un bosquet près du refuge de Chamarande, accroché avec une laisse en chaîne à des arbustes. Il est avenant avec l'ensemble de l'équipe mais se montre très peureux des bruits extérieurs. Il ne pourra pas vivre en ville ou dans un environnement trop stimulant. Il n'est pas à l'aise avec les autres animaux. Tournesol a beaucoup de craintes en intérieur également, il est affectueux mais n'aime pas les manipulations envahissantes. Il peut se montrer possessif et méfiant avec certaines ressources (jouets, gamelle, couchage). Pour ces raisons, il ne pourra pas vivre avec des enfants. Tournesol est un chien qui a eu un passé difficile, il a besoin de reprendre confiance en lui, avec l'aide de personnes patientes et douces, il pourra devenir un chien épanouit et très proche de ses propriétaires. Il a eu une évaluation comportementale suite à une morsure et est classé 2 sur 4.
