Twigs is a stunning 4 year old lad who originated in Italy where he spent a year in a pound after being found and before coming to the UK and living for the last 18 months with his lovely family. He is a sweet, gentle boy who is finding living in a busy family home too stressful. He is very much loved but the family have had to make this really sad decision to try and find him a home where he can relax and doesn’t need to be worried all the time. Twigs has a lovely garden but is afraid to go out there especially if it’s a windy day, the families children are banned from playing loud games and ball games because they don’t want to cause him more anxiety. Traffic is also a worry to him when he’s at home and he can also be afraid of many household noises like the vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tv etc. Twigs happy place seems to be out on a walk. He loves running, hunting and chasing around, he can be timid meeting other dogs but will also engage and play with some. His other favourite place is curled up on the sofa having lovely cuddles when the house quietens down.
