Virna was found abandoned outside a supermarket in April 2026 in Greece. She was covered in ticks, injured and with signs of abuse. She was very skinny and malnourished. A volunteer saw her and took care of her for 2 months until she gained a good weight and was able to move to a shelter. Due the busy nature of the shelter we are hoping to find a home for Virna very soon. Virna is around 18 months old, 19kg and of medium size. She has been neutered and has recovered well since her finding. She is microchipped and registered in Greece. She has seen a vet, her blood tests are good and is not undergoing any treatment. Virna has a very friendly and gentle nature. She has a low hunting instinct. She lives well with cats and dogs alike and is used to the home environment.
