Amara (P-6750/26), a female dog, arrived at our shelter on April 4, 2026, from Popiełuszki Street. Amara is a female dog that you can't pass by without noticing. Despite a life that surely wasn't easy on her, she still looks at humans with immense hope and calm. Every day, Amara proves that she is the ideal dog for someone looking for a loyal companion for peaceful walks. Amara is an oasis of peace. She's not a typical runner or athlete; she values slow exploration of the surroundings, sniffing in the grass, and enjoying the closeness of her caregiver. Amara walks beautifully on the leash. She doesn't pull or tug—walking with her is a pure pleasure and relaxation. She possesses an incredible gentleness. She loves being close to humans, and her gaze speaks more than a thousand words. Her silvery muzzle adds to her immense charm. This is a dog who values a soft bed and the warmth of a home more than anything else. Amara will find her ideal match with an older person, a family with older children, or anyone who prefers quiet evenings on the couch and relaxing walks in the forest or park over intense training sessions. She will soon be spayed and fully ready for adoption. * This description was created based on observations of the dog's behavior at the animal shelter. It should be noted that the dog's behavior may change after adoption.
