Bill isn't currently housetrained and will need a gentle introduction to home life, with any time left alone built up gradually once he has settled. His new family will need to be patient, understanding and committed to attending multiple meets at the centre before adoption, allowing Bill to build a relationship with them first. Bill is a 4-year-old boy who is looking for a quiet, patient home where he can learn that the world isn't such a scary place. He is a nervous lad when meeting new people and will need a few meetings to feel comfortable and allow his personality to shine through. Bill has had a sheltered start in life, so he will need understanding adopters who are happy to take things at his pace and celebrate all the little wins along the way. He enjoys getting out for walks and exploring the world, but he will need encouragement and reassurance at first. Due to his worries around sudden movements and loud noises, Bill is looking for an adult-only home where he can feel safe and secure. His ideal family will understand that building trust takes time and will be proud of every little step forward he makes.
