Blue used to help out with a disabled rider and the RDA until she developed spondylitis, could not work any more, and needed a new home. Spondylitis is a degenerative condition of the bones of the vertebral column. Blue developed this at 14, and is quite unlucky to have this so young, but she's still doing her best by helping people in the Equine Assisted Therapy programme at Willows. Happy and sound now, she loves her retirement at Willows!
