No More outgoing or shy? Branca needs a lot of time and patience to build trust. She seeks people with a lot of empathy and dog understanding. Notes: Branca came to us as a poorly socialized female dog and was then on a foster home. Although she got along with the other dogs in principle there, it has been shown that Branca is very assertive about her resources (beds, food, etc.). She shows this quite strongly and even uses her teeth. Therefore, she could not stay there and is seeking a home as a single dog. Also, there should be no small children, cats, or small animals in the new home. Outdoors, Branca is definitely a hunter, but she gets along well with the lead. Strangers are terrifying to her and she prefers contact only with her trusted people. Therefore, Branca would be a good dog for a human loner who also does not place much value on visitors and commotion in the house. We assume that Branca simply was not well socialized with people. Therefore, interested parties should take their time and bring patience, because Branca’s heart and trust are not won in a storm. Otherwise, she has behaved well in the apartment, could stay alone for hours, and there is no problem with her going for rides in the car. We are looking for a special dog for a special and suitable person. This animal can be anxious in unfamiliar situations. Gets along with other dogs. Gets along with other cats.

Sucht ein Zuahuse als Einzelhund Verträglich mit Katzen? Nein Eher zutraulich oder ängstlich? Branca braucht viel Zeit und Geduld, bis sie Vertrauen fasst. Sie sucht Menschen mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Hundeverstand Anmerkungen: Branca kam als schlecht sozialisierte Hündin zu uns und war dann auf einer Pflegestelle. Hier kam sie zwar mit den anderen Hunden im Prinzip zurecht, es hat sich aber gezeigt, dass Branca sehr vehement ihre Ressourcen (Liegeplätze, Futter usw.) verteidigt. Das zeigt sie dann auch recht massiv und mit Einsatz ihrer Zähne. Daher konnte sie dort nicht bleiben und sucht ein Zuhause als Einzelhündin. Auch kleine Kinder, Katzen oder Kleintiere sollten im neuen Zuhause nicht leben. Draußen ist Branca durchaus eine Jägerin, kommt aber mit der Schleppleine gut zurecht. Fremde Menschen findet sie gruselig und möchte Kontakt am liebsten nur mit ihren Bezugspersonen. Daher wäre Branca durchaus ein Hund für einen menschlichen Einzelgänger, der ebenfalls nicht viel Wert auf Besuch und Trubel im Haus legt. Wir gehen davon aus, dass Branca einfach nicht gut mit Menschen sozialisiert wurde. Interessenten sollten sich also Zeit nehmen und Geduld mitbringen, denn Brancas Herz und Vertrauen erobert man nicht im Sturm. Ansonsten hat sie sich in der Wohnung aber gut verhalten, konnte stundenweise alleine bleiben. Auch im Auto mitfahren ist kein Problem. Wir suchen für einen besonderen Hund also einen besonderen und passenden Menschen.
