He has definitely calmed down a lot, but he still has a playful side and absolutely loves running around and having fun with his doggy friends. He gets along beautifully with the other dogs at the pansion and is wonderfully adaptable, happily accepting dogs with all different personalities and temperaments. He is not dominant or aggressive during play and simply enjoys being part of the group, whether that's running around together or relaxing alongside his friends afterwards. Earnest does have a shy side when meeting new people and can take a little time to warm up. Once he gets to know you and feels comfortable, his sweet personality really starts to shine through. He loves being close to people and enjoys affection, and we're sure his confidence will continue to grow with someone who gives him the time and patience he needs. One of the lovely things about Earnest is his balance. He can be full of energy when it's time to run and play, but once he's had a good run, he settles down beautifully and is happy to relax on the grass with the other dogs. He would love a family who can enjoy walks and playtime with him, while also giving him plenty of relaxed time to simply enjoy being part of the family.
