Forest is a young dog with a gentle gaze, who arrived at the shelter with her sister after being abandoned. This touching little dog is still very shy: she lacked socialization and is now discovering a world she does not know. After being abandoned, she is cautious with strangers and will need time to relax. Currently, Forest can be reactive towards other dogs, out of fear. She has never learned to be around them, and her reactions mainly reflect her insecurity. With appropriate guidance, patience, and progressive meetings, she can make positive progress. The presence of a balanced dog could be a real advantage to help her gain confidence, but this must be done through supervised and respectful introductions. Forest will need a calm home away from the city center, without young children, with adopters who are patient and caring, ready to give her time to progress. Come meet her!

Forêt est une jeune chienne au regard doux, arrivée au refuge avec sa sœur après un abandon. Cette touchante louloute est encore très craintive : elle a manqué de socialisation et découvre aujourd’hui un monde qu’elle ne connaît pas. Suite à son abandon, elle est sur la réserve avec les inconnus et aura besoin de temps pour se détendre. Actuellement, Forêt peut se montrer réactive face aux autres chiens, par peur. Elle n’a jamais appris à les côtoyer, et ses réactions traduisent surtout son insécurité. Avec un accompagnement adapté, de la patience et des rencontres progressives, elle pourra évoluer positivement. La présence d’un chien équilibré pourrait être un vrai plus pour l’aider à prendre confiance, mais cela devra se faire avec des présentations encadrées et respectueuses. Forêt aura besoin d’un foyer calme hors pleine ville, sans jeunes enfants, avec des adoptants patients et bienveillants, prêts à lui laisser le temps de progresser. Venez la rencontrer !
