Kinder lived with people who took great care of him, but they had a problem with ponies and donkeys that became unmanageable. Reluctantly, his previous owners had to turn to our shelter to take charge of Kinder and his friend. The shelter had space for donkeys at the time, so we were able to welcome them. Kinder takes time to trust the humans who care for him. Having already lived in three homes before and with relationships with humans complicated by the dominance of the ponies he lived with, he is fully adorable once he feels safe.

Kinder vivait chez des personnes qui en prenaient grand soin, mais avaient un problème d'entente entre poneys et ânes qui devenait ingérable. La mort dans l'âme, ses anciens propriétaires ont dû se résoudre à faire appel à Animaux en Péril pour prendre en charge Kinder et son ami. Le refuge ayant de la place pour des ânes à ce moment-là, nous avons pu les accueillir. Kinder met du temps à faire confiance dans les humains qui s'en occupe. Ayant déjà connu 3 foyers auparavant, ainsi qu'une relation avec les humains rendue compliquée par la dominance des poneys avec lesquels il vivait. Une fois en confiance, il est tout à fait adorable.
