Kropka. That was her name back home. And we’d really like her to hear it again soon—in a place that will become her home. She’s an elderly dog, and she’s blind. Petite, lost, and utterly disoriented. Sometimes she quietly sheds tears all by herself in her kennel. No wonder—suddenly, the entire world she knew has vanished. She can’t see. She doesn’t know where she is. All around her, there’s the constant barking of dogs, unfamiliar smells, and strangers she doesn’t recognize. Every walk takes her down an unknown path, and each day brings new uncertainties. For a young dog, this would be hard enough. But for an elderly canine, it’s a real tragedy. Old age shouldn’t look like this—not when you’ve lived a whole life behind you. Not when, instead of peace, a warm bed, and familiar hands, all you’re left with is a shelter kennel. And yet, Kropka hasn’t lost her gentle nature. She’s an incredibly calm, delicate lady—a dog who’s friendly toward people and other dogs alike. She doesn’t ask for much. All she needs is a little patience, a touch of tenderness, and a safe corner where she can once again feel at ease. From the bottom of our hearts, we’re asking for a home for Kropka. A shelter isn’t the right place for such a fragile, blind senior dog. Let’s not allow her golden years to pass amid noise, fear, and loneliness. Kropka. Tak miała na imię w swoim domu. I bardzo chcielibyśmy, żeby już niedługo znów usłyszała je w miejscu, które będzie jej domem. To staruszka i jest niewidoma. Drobna, zagubiona i bardzo zdezorientowana. Czasem cichutko popłakuje sama w boksie. Trudno się dziwić. Nagle zniknął cały świat, który znała. Nie widzi. Nie wie, gdzie jest. Otacza ją nieustanny szczek psów, obce zapachy, nieznani ludzie. Każdy spacer prowadzi nieznaną trasą, każdy dzień przynosi kolejne niewiadome. Dla młodego psa to byłoby trudne. Dla psiej seniorki jest to prawdziwy dramat. Tak nie powinna wyglądać starość. Nie wtedy, gdy ma się za sobą całe życie. Nie wtedy, gdy zamiast spokoju, ciepłego posłania i znajomych dłoni zostaje schroniskowy boks. A mimo wszystko Kropka nie straciła swojej łagodności. Jest niezwykle spokojną, delikatną sunią. Przyjaźnie nastawioną do ludzi i innych psów. Nie prosi o wiele. Wystarczy odrobina cierpliwości, czułości i bezpieczny kąt, w którym będzie mogła znowu poczuć się spokojna. Z całego serca prosimy o dom dla Kropki. Schronisko nie jest miejscem dla tak kruchej, niewidomej seniorki. Nie pozwólmy, by jesień jej życia upływała wśród hałasu, lęku i samotności. Jeśli możesz podarować jej dom, a jeśli nie możesz – udostępnij. Być może właśnie dzięki Tobie Kropka odzyska swój świat.
