A girl adopted her when Mía was a puppy. After a year together, the girl moved out on her own and couldn’t take Mía with her. Her parents couldn’t keep her either, so we received a notification and she ended up at our shelter. Mía is having a really tough time—she’s gone from living in a family to living in the kennel of a shelter. She’s extremely stressed and can’t stop pacing back and forth in the yard.
