Percy was rescued as a baby with his mum Danae, but didnt receive any socialisation with humans, other dogs or the human world until they arrived to the shelter. Once he arrived to the shelter, the work began with the help of a socialisation canine group and regular caretakers. Percy is quite shy with people, but slowly the people who he already knows and trusts, can start to bribe him quite easily with the right treats, and he is opening up to the development plan of his trainer. Percy loves every dog, always wants to be in their company and he is really very playful. In the shelter, he shares his kennel with 5 other dogs, both males and females, without any issues at all, and for his future home this is more or less what he wishes - limited number of people, but gladly an unlimited number of dogs! Percy is still being trainer and socialised, this will still be an ongoing process for a while, which could however be continued in the right home, offering him exposure to new environment, while he is still young. In order to cope with new stressors and experiences, Percy needs a confident dog and an shy-dog experienced person on his side. His dream home would be in a calm area, ear nature, and when children are part of the household, then they should older and shy-dog educated. His shoulder height is approximately 48cm.
