Tulipan found us shivering and weakened on a winter evening. It quickly became apparent that this was an incredibly friendly and beloved gentleman. TULIPAN is a male cat waiting for a home—permanent or temporary—that will attend to his needs and provide good care. TULIPAN has a syndrome of short intestinal rotation. This means that he must be on a special low-residue diet—cooked meat with supplements. For all the delicious food and care, he will repay you with a mass of purrs and tail wags!
