His story: Jule, Corbi, Tahan, Yari, and Wuppi – these are the cute puppies of our Abigail. They were found in great danger near a railway track. The puppies were born there. What luck that our animal welfare workers were on the scene once again. They brought the little family to safety. They now live in a private shelter – unfortunately, the conditions there are not particularly nice, but they are safe and can stay there until they find a home. Yari – an Indian name that means strength and power. And the Yari that possesses it, has already proven it! The almost black male puppy is now about 2 months old and, contrary to what the pictures suggest, is an open and cheerful little guy. When our helpers enter the kennel, the whole pack of puppies swarms around them, wanting a few cuddles and treats. The siblings are all getting along with other dogs and show themselves to be open, puppy-like, curious, and playful. We assume they will grow to be medium-sized. Yari is looking for people who won't expect much from him and will show him how a normal dog life works. He is still a baby and has a lot to learn. The occasional mishap shouldn't be held against him, and Yari should always be guided with a positive training style. He is looking forward to his new life with nature walks, lots of snuggling, and a visit to puppy school. Puppies should not be left alone as much as possible in their first year of life. Additionally, the more demanding pubertal phase is approaching. The hormone chaos turns the little rascals' lives upside down. They "forget" much of what they have learned and their ears are on high alert. Therefore, it is especially important in this phase to train consistently but lovingly. And there is also good news: This phase will pass! Our Yari is microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. At 4 months old, he can be adopted. In love with Yari? Seine Geschichte: Jule, Corbi, Tahan, Yari und Wuppi – so heißen die hübschen Welpen unserer Abigail. Sie wurden in großer Gefahr nahe eines Bahngleises gefunden. Dort wurden die Welpen geboren. Welch Glück, dass auch diesmal auf unserer Tierschützer Verlass war. Sie brachten die kleine Familie in Sicherheit. Sie leben nun in einem privaten Shelter – leider sind die Bedingungen dort nicht besonders schön, aber sie sind in Sicherheit und können dort bleiben, bis sie ein Zuhause gefunden haben. Yari – ein indianischer Name der Kraft und Stärke bedeutet. Und das Yari das besitzt, hat er schon längst beweisen! Der fast schwarze Rüde ist nun etwa 2 Monate alt und anders als es die Bilder denken lassen ein aufgeschlossener und fröhlicher Bub. Wenn unsere Helfer:innen den Kennel betreten, schwänzelt die ganze Rasselbande um sie herum und wollen ein paar Streicheleinheiten und Leckerlis zu erhaschen. Die Geschwister sind alle mit anderen Hunden verträglich und zeigen sich insgesamt als offen, welpentypisch, neugierig und verspielt. Wir gehen davon aus, das sie mal mittelgroß werden. Yari sucht Menschen, die erstmal nichts von ihm erwarten und ihm zeigen, wie ein normales Hundeleben funktioniert. Er ist noch ein Baby und muss noch viel lernen. Das ein oder andere Malheur sollte man ihm nicht übelnehmen und Yari stets mit einem positiv verstärkenden Erziehungsstil begleiten. Er freut sich schon auf sein neues Leben mit schönen Spaziergängen in der Natur, vielen Schmusestunden und auch auf einen Besuch in der Welpenschule. Im ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen so wenig wie möglich alleine sein. Außerdem steht die eher anstrengende Pubertätszeit bevor. Das Hormonchaos stellt das Leben der kleinen Racker auf den Kopf. Sie “vergessen” oft alles, was sie bisher gelernt haben und die Ohren schalten auf Durchzug. Daher ist es in dieser Phase besonders wichtig, konsequent – aber liebevoll – zu erziehen. Und es gibt auch eine gute Nachricht: Auch diese Phase geht vorüber! Unser Yari ist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Im Alter von 4 Monaten kann er nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro in seine Familie ziehen. Verliebt in Yari? Dann zöger nicht und meld dich bei uns!
