A few months ago, Achilles, at the age of 6 months, came to Germany. Unfortunately, his previous owners were overwhelmed by him and returned him after another six months. During that time, he received loving care, but he wasn't adequately trained or stimulated. Even the trainers who worked with him didn't really recognize his full potential. Due to his insecurities, Achilles developed behavioral strategies that aren't always advantageous when living alongside people. Fortunately, he subsequently found a home with a trainer who dedicates herself intensely to him, can truly understand him, and invests plenty of time, patience, and love into consistent training. And lo and behold: Achilles is gradually transforming from a very insecure dog into a confident companion—step by step. He's making remarkable progress and demonstrating just how much potential he has. Since Achilles still has some time ahead of him before he'll be ready for a new home again, he'll remain with his current trainer for now. He currently needs more time and additional training—and that's exactly the kind of support we want to give him right now. Therefore, he's not available for adoption at this time.

Vor ein paar Monaten kam Achilles im Alter von 6 Monaten nach Deutschland. Leider waren seine Menschen mit ihm überfordert und gaben ihn nach weiteren 6 Monaten wieder zurück. In dieser Zeit wurde sich liebevoll um ihn gekümmert, allerdings wurde er nicht ausreichend erzogen und gefördert. Auch die Trainerinnen, die mit ihm gearbeitet haben, haben sein Potenzial nicht wirklich erkannt. Durch seine Unsicherheiten entwickelte Achilles Verhaltensstrategien, die im Zusammenleben mit Menschen nicht immer von Vorteil sind. Glücklicherweise fand er anschließend einen Platz bei einer Trainerin, die sich intensiv mit ihm beschäftigt, ihn lesen kann und viel Zeit, Geduld und Liebe in eine konsequente Erziehung investiert.Und siehe da: Achilles entwickelt sich von einem sehr unsicheren Hund jeden Tag ein Stück mehr zu einem sicheren Begleiter – Schritt für Schritt. Er macht tolle Fortschritte und zeigt, wie viel Potenzial in ihm steckt. Da Achilles noch einige Zeit die Schulbank drücken muss, bevor er wieder bereit für ein neues Zuhause ist, darf er vorerst bei seiner Trainerin bleiben. Er benötigt aktuell noch Zeit und weiteres Training. Und diese Zeit möchten wir ihm aktuell geben, daher steht er momentan nicht zur
