Ma 9 lat i szuka nowego domu ze względu na zmiany w obecnym domu, gdzie jest bardzo lubianym członkiem rodziny. Charley to miły pies, który głęboko łączy się z rodziną i jest bardzo inteligentna. Lubie spacerować i grać w piłkę tenisową, a mimo wieku potrzebuje dużo ćwiczeń - ale jednocześnie jest typowym kocim prymusem lurcher, o ile jej potrzeby ruchu są spełnione. Charley jest bardzo przyjazna dla kobiet, a mimo że potrzebuje bardziej łagodnego wprowadzenia do nowych mężczyzn, zwykle nie trwa długo, zanim zdobędzie jej zaufanie. Jest wyuczonego w domu, dobrze się zachowuje i może być sama przez kilka godzin. Jechać dobrze w samochodzie, ale czasem choruje podczas bardzo długich podróży. Charlie boi się innych psów; mimo że może zdobyć przyjaźń poprzez odpowiednie zapoznanie, może być bronić podczas spacerów, jeśli inny pies wejdzie w jej przestrzeń osobistą. Nie jest źle reagującą ani trudną do zarządzania, a zazwyczaj ignoruje psy, chyba że zbliżą się zbyt blisko, ale adoptujący musi być gotowy wspierać ją i zrozumieć, że są pewne sytuacje, które znajduje trudne. Chciałaby być jedynym psem w swoim nowym domu. Charlie bardzo chciałaby żyć w cichym wiejskim lub półwiejskim regionie, z ogrodem, w którym można się bawić i odpoczywać, oraz wielu miłości i uwagi od nowej rodziny. Chce być jedynym psem. Reasons why we love this dog… She's used to home life To walk in very busy areas (too many dogs!) My favourite thing is: Snoozing on the sofa! Adult only home (no children) Needs gradual introductions Charley is a sweet, small-medium sized lurcher girl. She's 9 years old and is looking for a new home due to a change in circumstances in her current home, where she is a much-loved member of the family. Charley is a loving dog who bonds deeply with her family, and is very intelligent. She loves walking and playing with her tennis ball, and despite her age needs plenty of exercise – but she is also a typical couch potato lurcher, as long as her exercise needs are being met. Charley is very friendly with women and although she needs a more gradual introduction to new men, it usually doesn't take long to gain her trust. She is housetrained, well-behaved at home and can be left alone for a few hours. She travels well in the car, but can occasionally get sick on very long journeys. Charlie is nervous of other dogs; whilst she can make friends with proper introductions, she can be defensive on walks if another dog enters her personal space. She is not severely reactive or difficult to manage, and tends to ignore dogs unless they get too close, but her adopter must be willing to support her and understand that there are some situations she finds challenging. She would prefer to be the only dog in her new home. Charlie would love to live in a quiet rural or semi-rural area, with a garden to play and relax in and plenty of love and attention from her new family. Would prefer to be the only dog. May be able to live with teenagers, but would prefer a quiet, calm environment. Would prefer a rural or semi-rural home. Is still active for a 9 year old! Needs access to walking areas without too many other dogs (especially loose dogs).
