Motivos por los que amamos a este perro... Está acostumbrada a la vida en casa Para caminar en áreas muy concurridas (demasiados perros) Mi cosa favorita es: Dormir en el sofá! Solo en casa de adultos (sin niños) Necesita presentaciones graduales Charley es una perra lurcher dulce y de tamaño pequeño a mediano. Tiene 9 años y busca un nuevo hogar debido a un cambio en las circunstancias de su hogar actual, donde es miembro muy querido de la familia. Charley es un perro cariñoso que se relaciona profundamente con su familia y es muy inteligente. Le encanta caminar y jugar con su pelota de tenis, y a pesar de su edad necesita mucha actividad física, pero también es una perra típica de sofá, siempre que sus necesidades de ejercicio estén cubiertas. Charley es muy amigable con las mujeres y aunque necesita una presentación más gradual con los nuevos hombres, normalmente no le lleva mucho tiempo ganar su confianza. Está entrenada para hacer sus necesidades, se porta bien en casa y puede quedarse sola durante unas horas. Viaja bien en coche, pero a veces puede enfermarse en viajes muy largos. Charlie tiene miedo a otros perros; aunque puede hacer amigos con una buena presentación, puede ser defensiva en las caminatas si otro perro entra en su espacio personal. No es muy reactiva ni difícil de manejar, tiende a ignorar a los perros a menos que se acerquen demasiado, pero el adoptante debe estar dispuesto a apoyarla y entender que hay ciertas situaciones que le resultan difíciles. Prefiere ser el único perro en su nuevo hogar. Charlie amaría vivir en un área rural o semi rural tranquila, con un jardín para jugar y relajarse y mucha atención y amor de su nueva familia. Prefiere ser el único perro. Puede vivir con adolescentes, pero prefiere un entorno tranquilo y calmado. Prefiere un hogar rural o semi rural. Todavía es activa para tener 9 años! Necesita acceso a zonas para caminar sin muchos otros perros (especialmente perros sueltos). Reasons why we love this dog… She's used to home life To walk in very busy areas (too many dogs!) My favourite thing is: Snoozing on the sofa! Adult only home (no children) Needs to be an only dog Charley is a sweet, small-medium sized lurcher girl. She's 9 years old and is looking for a new home due to a change in circumstances in her current home, where she is a much-loved member of the family. Charley is not your typical 9-year-old – she still loves her long walks, and although she usually walks well on-lead, she is very keen on wildlife and cats and can be strong when excited! Charley is a loving dog who bonds deeply with her family, and is very intelligent. She loves walking and playing with her tennis ball, but she also enjoys a good snooze during the day, as long as her exercise needs are being met. Charley is very friendly with women and although she needs a more gradual introduction to new men, it usually doesn't take long to gain her trust. She is housetrained, well-behaved at home and can be left alone for short periods (but prefers human company most of the time). She travels well in the car, but can occasionally get sick on very long journeys. Charley is nervous of other dogs; whilst she can make friends with proper introductions, she can be defensive on walks if another dog enters her personal space. She is not severely reactive or difficult to manage, and tends to ignore dogs unless they get too close, but her adopter must be willing to support her and understand that there are some situations she finds challenging. She really needs to be the only dog in her new home, but we would consider placing her with one other resident dog, as long as the circumstances were right. Charlie would love to live in a quiet suburban or rural area, with a garden to play and relax in and plenty of love and attention from her new family. Needs to be the only dog. May be able to live with older teenagers, but would prefer a quiet, calm environment. Would prefer a suburban or rural home. Is still active for a 9 year old! Needs access to walking areas without too many other dogs (especially loose dogs).
